Last Updated: February 2026 By enrolling in any program offered by Nova Dynamics Cheer and Dance LLC ("Nova Dynamics")("Nova Dynamics Cheer Academy")("NDCA"), the parent/guardian ("Client") and the athlete agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the business relationship and supplement all signed waivers and contracts.1. Financial PolicyTuition & Registration: A non-refundable registration fee of $50 is due at enrollment. Monthly tuition is $150. There is a 3.5% standard technology & processing fee.Payment Schedule: Payments are due on the 15th of each month.Late Fees: A $50 late fee will be applied to any account with an unpaid balance after a 5-day grace period (the 20th of the month).Non-Refundability: Unless specifically stated in the Withdrawal Policy, all fees paid for registration and monthly tuition are non-refundable.2. Enrollment & WithdrawalTerm: Enrollment is subject to availability and the acceptance of Nova Dynamics.Withdrawal: To withdraw an athlete, the Client must provide 30 days’ written notice.Refunds upon Withdrawal: Any unused portion of tuition will be refunded minus a $100 withdrawal fee.Fee Waivers: The withdrawal fee may be waived at the discretion of Nova Dynamics for medical reasons (with documentation) or extenuating circumstances.3. Conduct & ParticipationCode of Conduct: All athletes and parents must strictly adhere to the Nova Dynamics Code of Conduct. This includes high standards for sportsmanship, teamwork, academic excellence, and social media responsibility.Disciplinary Action: Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct or gym rules may result in loss of practice time, suspension, or permanent removal from the program without a refund.Academic Responsibility: We believe in the "student-athlete." Athletes are expected to maintain good academic standing to remain eligible for competition.4. Safety & Medical AuthorizationRisk Acknowledgment: The Client acknowledges that cheerleading and dance are physically demanding activities with inherent risks.Injury Reporting: Athletes must participate in warm-ups/cool-downs and report any injuries to a coach immediately.Emergency Care: In the event of an emergency where the parent/guardian cannot be reached, Nova Dynamics is authorized to seek medical attention. The Client remains responsible for all associated medical expenses.5. Equipment & FacilitiesResponsibility: The Client is responsible for the care of any equipment provided by Nova Dynamics.Loss or Damage: The Client agrees to pay for the repair or replacement of any equipment or facility property damaged through negligence or misuse.6. Integration of AgreementsThese Terms and Conditions incorporate by reference the following documents signed by the Client:Liability Waiver and Release of ClaimsMedical Release WaiverEquipment WaiverAthlete/Parent Code of ConductPhoto/Media Release7. Changes to ProgramNova Dynamics reserves the right to modify class schedules, team placements, fees, and gym policies. Clients will be notified of significant changes via the email address provided at registration.8. Governing LawThis agreement and all associated waivers shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.
