Where do you train? We are proud tenants of the RCWC.

What ages do you accept? Currently, we cater to athletes aged 4–14.

Can I watch practice? To ensure maximum safety and progress, Nova Dynamics maintains a Focused Practice Policy. By minimizing distractions during training, our coaches can provide personalized, high-intensity instruction. We invite parents into The Arena for the final 10 minutes of every class for our Progress Presentation, where athletes showcase their growth and new skills.
